学习工作经历、研究经历:

2015/09 至今,百富策划论坛物理系工作;

2019/03 2022/05,青岛科技大学材料科学与工程博士后科研流动站工作;

2012/11  2015/08,中国科学院物理研究所,博士后,主要研究方向为钙钛矿薄膜材料的制备与可调谐器件应用研究;

2011/12  2012/02,日本国立物质材料研究机构(NIMS),访问学者,主要研究方向为超导微波器件的制备与表征;

2009/09  2012/10,湖南大学&中国科学院物理研究所,博士研究生,进行钙钛矿结 构超导、铁电、铁磁薄膜及其异质结器件的制备、表征与分析工作。

研究方向: 

从事新型半导体薄膜光伏材料和器件的研制、特性表征及性能优化。包括溶胶-凝胶 法制备钙钛矿铁电薄膜及光电探测特性研究;脉冲激光沉积技术制备铜锌锡硫基薄膜 材料的光电响应特性研究等。主持青岛市博士后应用研究项目一项;主持青岛科技大 学博士启动基金一项;参与国家 863 计划重点项目 1 项,国家 973 计划项目 1 项。

主要成果:

迄今,在国际高水平学术期刊发表科研论文 20 余篇;教学论文 6 篇,申请发明专利3 项;参与出版教材 1 部;多次获得教学比赛奖项;主持校级教改项目 4 项;获青岛科技大学优秀班主任、青岛科技大学优秀共产党员等称号。
